Joining step 5: Your Future Role

The Mission: Vision 2026

Our goal is bold: To elevate India’s position in the Human Development Index (HDI). While economic growth is vital, we believe that people and their capabilities are the ultimate measure of a nation’s success. We focus on the three pillars of human development:

  1. Longevity: Living a long and healthy life.
  2. Knowledge: Access to education and being well-informed.
  3. Prosperity: Maintaining a decent standard of living.

How We Win

India is a land of immense potential, yet we remain a low-HDI nation. We are changing that by preventing more premature deaths in the next three years than the entire population of Switzerland.

We accomplish this by empowering 14.73 million graduates through a 30-day, job-oriented practical training course at IoK Education, followed by strategic deployment at Grioki®.

Together, we will improve the standard of living and health in our immediate neighborhoods.

To succeed in this role, you must become an observer of reality.

About 1000 million (1 billion) people living in India today are older than 18 years.
To ensure long-term success in your new position, survey a representative sample of one part per million (1 PPM). This involves observing 1,000 adults within your immediate neighborhood.

Here's a simple way to figure out how many houses to check for this:

Step 1 – Account for household size Assuming an average of 3 adults per household: 1,000 ÷ 3 ≈ 334 houses

Step 2 – Convert houses to a circular radius Imagine these houses spread evenly in a circle around you. The area of a circle = π × r². So: 334 ÷ π (3.14) ≈ 106.4 → √106.4 ≈ ~10 houses as the radius

What this means in plain terms: If you walk roughly 10 houses in any direction from where you stand, you've covered the area where approximately 1,000 adults live — your 1-in-a-million sample.

Note: This is a simplified estimate. The actual number of houses to visit will vary based on your locality's density and the real number of adults per household.

Now identify four key parameters in your immediate environment of these 1,000 people.

If these markers are absent in your area, this role may not be for you. But if you see these occurrences repeating, you have found your calling:

  1. Underemployed Graduates: Observe how many graduates earn less than 3LPA. Their struggle signals a need for a higher standard of living. Watch: Is this the reality in your locality?
  2. Premature Mortality: Note the number of individuals who passed away before age 70 in the last decade. This is the "dent" in our national longevity we must repair.
  3. Lifestyle Health: Observe the prevalence of visible health markers (like abdominal obesity) that suggest hurdles to a long, healthy life.
  4. Stress Indicators: Identify signs of high-stress environments, such as premature hair loss, which impact long-term well-being.
  5. Are You Ready to Lead? True commitment cannot be bought—it must be felt.

If you aspire to work profitably while serving a mission that is real, urgent, and transformative, then step forward.

  6. Explore Hope or Gamble? And determine if that is real or hype? After reviewing the data and watching videos, you will be asked to make your final selections from the dropdowns (approx. 60 seconds).

  7. Mission 2026 starts with you. Let’s build a stronger India, house by house. Don’t leave your next career move to chance.

  8. Log your findings here

It will take less than 60 seconds.
